To create a ticket, visit our service page service.ks-audio.com and click on create ticket or simply follow this Link.
Cookies error in Safari
In Safari there is the problem that you cannot register because of a cookie error. Our partner who provides the portal for us is working on a solution. Until then, Firefox can be used to register.

Ask a Question

To ask a question, fill out the fields in the form.


TypeSelection between Question and Repair remains unchanged.
SubjectIn this field please provide a brief description of the topic of the question.
DescriptionThis field is for the actual question.
Attach a file (optional)
Optionally, attachments can be uploaded to the ticket, for example explanatory images.
Images can also be inserted directly into text and do not necessarily have to be uploaded as attachments.

Create Repair

To create a repair, you should change the type of ticket to Repair and then fill out the form.
A separate repair should be created for each serial number.


TypeChoice between Question and Repair is changed to Repair.
SubjectIn this field please provide a brief description of the repair request.
Produkt-Name
The name of the product of the repair. A list of all products can be displayed by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol.
If the product is not listed, first ask a question and describe the product in the Description section
Serial NumberThe serial number can be entered here. If the serial number is not a number with a maximum of five digits, please enter it in the description field.
Description
The actual repair request should be described here.
In the repair description, the steps to understand the problem should not be missing
RMA Kunde (optional)Here you can optionally enter the RMA in your system. You will receive our repair number via email and after sending the request.
Datei anhängen (optional)
